With the heating pipes done, the first fix electrics on the first floor, and waste pipes in it is ready for the floor screed. Two ready mix lorries pump the screed into the house in under 2 hours which settles level but with a sheet of water over the floor. With wet and humid weather (storm Darragh) it takes 3 days before it is dry enough to walk on. With the water dripping from above there is quite a lot of making good to do and a lot more drying out needed.
